basa18 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

Be at least 21 years of age. This requirement applies regardless of the laws in your jurisdiction. If we determine at any point that you are or were underage at the time of registration, your account will be suspended immediately and all funds (including winnings) may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Not be located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of basa18 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. basa18 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the service is lawful in your location.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who lack legal capacity, are under guardianship, or are otherwise legally restricted from entering into contracts are prohibited from using basa18.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Hold no more than one (1) active basa18 account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, basa18 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or bonuses, and retain any balances pending investigation.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and the withholding of any winnings pending an investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your basa18 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. basa18 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

• basa18 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending funds until compliance is achieved.
• All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your basa18 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and the completion of any pending wagering requirements.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by basa18, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your basa18 wallet within seconds. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes.
• basa18 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which basa18 accepts no liability.
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 15 minutes of processing approval during standard operating hours.
• basa18 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting KYC documentation.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• basa18 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions on basa18 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). basa18 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your responsibility and cost.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to defraud basa18 through chargebacks, false payment claims, or the use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate account termination, the forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. basa18 will clearly specify which game types contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

basa18 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating play with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, placing low-risk bets that do not constitute genuine play for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements, and any other conduct that basa18 reasonably considers to be exploitative. Where bonus abuse is detected, basa18 reserves the right to void all bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.3 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

basa18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes changing wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates. Such changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on basa18 are subject to acceptance by basa18 at its sole discretion. basa18 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where it suspects system errors, technical faults, fraudulent activity, or where the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the cancellation or abandonment of the event wagered upon; the discovery of a significant pricing error; evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; or where the bet was placed after the event had already commenced (in circumstances where live betting was not available or intended).

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers and are independent of basa18's operating decisions. basa18 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software; where a game malfunction occurs, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds used to bet on basa18 are discretionary and personal. basa18 strongly advises players not to wager funds needed for essential living expenses. Prohibited Activities Include:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that mimics or replaces human interaction with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider trading on sporting events.
• Laundering money or using basa18 for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are fraudulent or made in bad faith.
• Using the platform while located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

9.1 Service Availability

basa18 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions. basa18 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, basa18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if basa18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate of your own free will and at your own risk. basa18 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform. It is your responsibility to gamble within your means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you.
